How DXB Brokers records, uses, routes, retains, and protects information submitted through the property-request funnel.
Information collected
The service records the details you submit. A full property request may include who it is for, name, contact details, country, language, property goal, budget, timing, preference and message. A quick project or unit interest asks only for name and phone. The website-operator contact form records name, phone, email and a message of up to 5,000 characters. Limited technical or campaign data is used for security and attribution.
Purpose and consent
Information is used to record a submission, prevent abuse, understand its source and reply. Relevant property inquiries may also be routed for licensed brokerage follow-up. Website-operator messages remain a separate submission type and are not automatically assigned to a broker. Contact consent is required before submission.
Named licensed follow-up
A property request is reviewed privately and is never posted publicly or placed on an open broker or marketing list. Where licensed brokerage activity is required, it may be shared only with the named provider handling that specific request: T M L A K PROPERTY L.L.C, Licence No. 1046189, RERA Registration No. 29665; registered broker Ibrahim Abdelwahed Mohamed Ali, Broker Card No. 26154. The relevant project or unit context and contact method are passed with it. Submitting creates no obligation to proceed.
Retention and security
Ordinary inquiries are reviewed after 12 months of inactivity and may be retained longer where follow-up, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal requirements apply. Access is restricted and service providers may process data where their infrastructure operates.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable through the website contact form or at connect@dxbbrokers.com. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
