Publishing method

Editorial, sourcing and corrections policy

The content is designed to improve the visitor's question and decision while separating general information from broker- or property-specific evidence.

Last reviewed: 14 July 2026

Scope

DXB Brokers publishes material that helps a visitor select a broker, prepare a request and verify evidence. The library is not a live price feed or availability list, and it does not publish broker profiles or third-party contact details.

Source hierarchy

Regulatory facts begin with the relevant government authority. Project pages use an official developer or brand source only to establish project identity. Marketing language is never treated as a contractual fact without home-specific documentation.

Accuracy and time

A review date is shown when a page relies on external facts. Changeable information is framed as a verification question instead of a permanent claim. Availability, status, specification and obligations must be confirmed during follow-up.

Independence and representation

Editorial coverage is independent and does not imply representation of a developer, brand or project. Sending interest preserves the page context for suitable licensed brokerage follow-up; it does not create a guarantee or sales offer.

Corrections

When a material error is found, the source is rechecked, the page is corrected and its review date is updated. A correction note can be sent through the Contact page with the page link and the statement in question.

Pre-publication check

A page requires a distinct title and description, a substantive answer to the searcher's question, traceable sources, a reciprocal language route and useful internal links. Copying, keyword padding and undocumented professional claims are prohibited.

Request a correction

Send the page link, the statement that needs review and a supporting source when available. This route is for editorial corrections, not for publishing a developer's or broker's contact details.
